All food steamed and boiled in a pot for today’s dinner.
In the box – honey tomatoes, steamed veg, carrot, tau pok (nest), noodles and boiled quail eggs.
This is the first time I quartered the tomatoes and made them into flowers. Easy breezy. 🙂
I took a while to cut the quail eggs. They are soft when just cooked. Tip : wait and cut when eggs are at room temperature or cooled down.
My kids were eyeing the chicks and they were ‘gone’ the minute I finished taking photos. Left only one for mummy.
It’s been a week since I started preparing bento for dinner. I am hoping the smaller controlled portion will help me to loose some kgs (with some exercise!). Although the weighing scale still show the same weight (sigh…) I do feel lighter and clothes are looser. I shall continue… Gambate!!
