Baked some muffins for office Christmas celebration. Added coffee to the choco flavoured ones but the orange ones are still too ‘moist’ . will need to remember to add more flour to it. 2 more tablespoons, perhaps? To create some varieties, added walnuts or choco chips to the muffins.

hello kitty orange cake

Finally found and bought the hello kitty silicone cake mould. And here is the result of the first try. I would like the cake to be ‘browner’ and lighter. Next time!
