My second post in 2013, in time to wish you good health, fortune and a happy Chinese New Year plus happy valentine’s day! !!

My sis spent her first cny’s day evening baking these cupcakes, after hearing I wanted to try out the ready- made icing i just bought. I must say i have the most wonderful sister in the world! :)

These icing tubes from wilton were easy to ‘squeeze’. Clean up was easy. (my sis did the cleaning too!) No messy bags and oily bowls to clean. The only thing to clean – icing metal tips.

Verdict – reduce sugar for cakes as icing is sweet.

It’s almost weekend. Yay!
